Shipping Policy
Items will be handled and shipped as soon as possible after purchase, please bear in mind that we are a very small team so this could take up to 3 weeks from date of order. If you have made a Pre-Order please be aware that the earliest dispatch date will be given on the website.
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order has shipped. Remember to check your junk mail as you may find your shipping confirmation there. Please also note that the shipping delays are out of our hands once the parcels have left the studio.
If you are based in Vienna, you also have the possibility to pick up your order directly at our studio space. Simply select “ pick-up” at the checkout and you can visit us during our operating hours after we send you your pick-up date.
Outside of Austria, orders can be shipped to the majority of the European countries: Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If your country is not listed above and you would like to place an order, do not hesitate to contact us by email and we’ll find a way to organize the shipment.
Return Policy
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just get in touch. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any postage costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and in one piece.
If an item is defective when it arrives with you, please send us an email at spojstudio@gmail.com before sending your item back.
We will provide you with advice and guidance for the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
We strive to handle your refund within 10 days, you will receive your refund using the same payment method used to make the original order.

The payment transaction runs exclusively through a PayPal account of the buyer and one of the sellers. The seller is given neither the credit card number nor the bank account of the buyer.
